The venue rents for $2,000.00 for Friday through Sunday - an incredibly affordable offer for a popular barn venue. You may use the caterer of your choice. Serving beer, wine, and champagne are fine. If you serve hard liquor, we request that you use a licensed bartender. There is also a $500.00 refundable cleaning/damage deposit.

You can also rent our venue by the hour for your bridal shower or other events! We offer various pricing for various lengths of time, amenities, and events - please call or text 787-432-1361 for specifics. We give clients an access code and we are flexible with setup and clean times to make it convenient for you.

Our venue is heated and cooled so your wedding can take place in any season and weather. We have a capacity of 200 guests, with space for your wedding ceremony and reception in one place. The walls are simply decorated with rustic and shabby chic elements, saving you time and money on decorations. It looks amazing with just table decorations.

We have chairs, round tables (which seat 10), and rectangular serving tables. We can even set it up for you, or you can arrange things yourself.

A covered patio is off the south side of the building, so enjoy your special evening outside with bar seating, Edison lighting and ceiling fans. 

 

This patio leads to a fenced, grassy area, great for your wedding ceremony or for extending the space for your reception. The metal and wood fence makes a lovely backdrop for you and your wedding party or a place for the kids to go play at a family reunion.

Food service will go more smoothly with our refrigerator and utility sink at the adorable bar. There is NOT a full kitchen at this time.
